1.Overview
This module adopts Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy ( TDLAS301) technology, utilizing a narrow-linewidth single longitudinal mode tunable laser and integrating a cross-interference elimination algorithm to avoid background gas interference. It features excellent anti-interference capability, high measurement accuracy, wide application range, fast response, strong stability, and long service life, enabling continuous detection of methane (CH₄) concentration.
The TDLAS301 Methane (CH₄) Laser Sensing and Measurement Module also integrates refined temperature and pressure compensation, significantly enhancing stability and minimizing environmental interference. It is capable of performing quantitative gas concentration measurements under various conditions, especially in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion, making it widely applicable in diverse industrial scenarios.

This product uses a tunable diode laser as the detection light source. By modulating the injection current of the laser, the laser wavelength is periodically scanned to cover the characteristic absorption lines of the target gas.
During operation, the laser signal is partially absorbed by the gas under test. By analyzing the variation in the laser absorption spectrum, the concentration of the target gas can be accurately determined.
